This is a property I was so happy to get to list for sale. An upscale home and 11 acres of beautiful fenced level pasture with a four stall barn. This picture illustrates my philosophy on property in general || If you can take a picture like this (and on this particular property hundreds of pictures just like this one could be captured) then the property is aesthetically a beautiful unique property worth buying and maintaining.
Side Note: Maintaining happy horses doesn't require large acreage, rather it requires at least bi-weekly rotation onto a different field, harrowing the field they just came off of, and most importantly weekly excursions to ride. Horses get unhappy and sick from boredom way more often than they do living in cramped quarters.
